活动简介：“全球大学高研院联盟”（UBIAS）成立于2010年，是世界主要大学高研院的联系与交流的学术机构。目前亚洲地区的主要成员是中国的南京大学高研院、复旦大学高研院以及日本的名古屋大学高研院和早稻田大学高研所。UBIAS成员每年都会商定一个“年度主题”(Topic of the Year)，并开展不同形式的研讨活动。2019年的主题是“迁移”，目前已经在巴西米纳斯联邦大学、德国康斯坦茨大学、比勒费尔德大学和早稻田大学等单位举办了多场活动。此次在南京大学举办的“迁移与文化空间”学术工作坊，也是本次年度主题活动的系列内容之一，将来自南大、名大、早大和复旦的20位学者就这一问题展开研讨。
